About Khan
Hina Khan, MD joined Legacy OB/GYN, P.A. in 2022. She is excited about pursuing her passion for women's health in North Dallas communities in and around Frisco, Texas. Dr. Khan completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor Scott & White in Temple, Texas with a focus on high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. During residency, she participated in the Patient Experience Committee and also served as the volunteer coordinator for the local free clinic. She was Administrative Chief Resident and received the Steven R. Allen Resident Role Model Award. Her professional interests include infertility, contraception, obstetrics, pelvic pain, and abnormal uterine bleeding. Dr. Khan was born and raised in Texas where she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin. She received her medical degree at Texas A&M School of Medicine. She is happily married to her husband, Shafen, with whom she enjoys traveling, staying active, and exploring hole-in-the-wall restaurants and coffee shops. Dr. Khan is looking forward to compassionately serving women as they navigate through different stages of life, empowering them through shared decision-making.
