ANDRE' D. WILLIAMS, MD

Dr. Williams received his medical degree from Howard University in Washington, DC in 1977. He completed his OB/GYN residency at the Down State University Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY in 1981. Dr. Williams has a special interest in the surgical management of uterine fibroids including Abdominal and Vaginal Hysterectomy. He is highly skilled in the performance of Vaginal Hysterectomies and was one of the first physicians in Atlanta to perform a Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy.

NOAH E. WILLS, III, MD

Dr. Wills received his medical degree from the Morehouse School of Medicine in 1990. He completed his internship in 1991 and his OB/GYN residency in 1994 at the Harlem Hospital Center of Columbia University in New York, NY. He served as Administrative Chief Resident from 1993-1994. Dr. Wills is primarily an office based physician serving the needs of normal and high risk pregnancies. Dr. Wills also specializes in office gynecology. He enjoys spending time with patients, educating them and understanding them as people.

LATOYA STEPHENS, MD
Dr. Stephens graduated from the Morehouse School of Medicine in 2004. She completed her residency training in 2008 at Atlanta Medical Center. She is hospital based at Dekalb Medical Center.

SONYA MARKS, MD

Dr. Marks graduated from the University of Arkansas Medical School in 1999. She completed her residency training in 2003 at John H Stroger Hospital of Cook Co. She is hospital based at Dekalb Medical Center.

JOANNE ELIE, NP

Ms. Elie is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Elie graduated from the University of Florida undergrad with a Bachelors of Nursing Science. She also received a Masters degree in Advanced Nursing from Georgia State University. She has been working with Dr. Williams and Dr. Wills for over 10 years. Her passion is providing quality healthcare to her patients especially pregnant teens.

HELEN MCBRIDE-RICHTER, CNM

Helen Mcbride-Richter received her RN training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in Philadelphia, PA and graduated in 1976. Throughout her career she has always worked in women's healthcare. In 1991, she was certified as a Gynecological Obstetric Nurse Practitioner and in 1996 she graduated from Emory University's Nurse Midwifery program. Growing up in a large family has influenced and shaped Helen's philosophy that nurturing the expectant mother also nurtures her whole family.

We also have the pleasure of having several Physicians Assistants. Our practitioners serve many needs in our office including the management of routine gynecologic and obstetrical visits.
